Zwar soll es ab morgen &#8222;nur&#8220; noch rund 25 Grad warm werden, doch &#8222;caliente&#8220; bleibt das Festival mit lateinamerikanischen und karibischen Rythmen allemal. Die allj\u00e4hrlich rund 100&#8217;000 Besucher aus dem In-und Ausland sorgen ihrerseits f\u00fcr eine ausgelassene, aber, das sollte auch mal gesagt sein, \u00e4usserst friedliche Stimmung. An den Abenden des 16. und 17. Juni treten auf den beiden B\u00fchnen des Volkshaus Ivete Sangalo (Brasilien), Bamboleo (Kuba), Olodum (Brasilien), La Ley (Kuba) und zehn weitere Orchester mit Salsa, Merengue, Brasil, Reggae und Latin Rock auf (das Gesamtprogramm <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caliente.ch\/de\/festival\/program.html\" target=\"_blank\" >findet sich hier<\/a>). Zus\u00e4tzlich verwandeln \u00fcber 20 DJs die 6 Dancefloors des Volkshauses in eine grande Fiesta.<\/p>\n<p>Doch nicht nur im Volkshaus ist f\u00fcr Stimmung gesorgt, sondern auch im sogenannten &#8222;Bermuda Dreieck&#8220; zwischen Volkshaus, Helvetiaplatz und Kasernenhof gehts wohl wieder heiss zu und her. \u00dcber 150 Marktst\u00e4nde mit Drinks, lateinamerikanischem Essen, Kunsthandwerk und Musik sorgen im grossen &#8222;Mercado Mundial&#8220; f\u00fcr Unterhaltung. Beim Helvetic Tours Zelt im Zeughaushof finden zudem gratis Konzerte, Tanzshows und DJ-Sets statt.<\/p>\n<p>Wie sagen die Veranstalter so sch\u00f6n: &#8222;Nirgendwo wird das breite Spektrum der Latin- und Brasil-Kultur so gut abgedeckt wie am \u00abCaliente! Festival Tropical\u00bb.&#8220; Auch wenns eine Werbeaussage ist: recht geben muss ich ihnen tats\u00e4chlich. Denn sowohl in Sachen Musik wie auch stimmungsm\u00e4ssig war das Festival, das dieses Jahr bereits zum zw\u00f6lften mal stattfindet, jedesmal ein Riesenerfolg. <\/p>\n<p>Wer weiss, vielleicht sieht man sich ja irgendwo zwischen k\u00fchlen Drinks und heissen Rythmen. Ich jedenfalls stimme mich bereits heute abend am Konzert der dominikanischen Bachata-Stars <a href=\"http:\/\/www.monchyyalexandra.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" >Monchy y Alexandra<\/a> auf Karibik-Feeling ein. Und wenn mir jemand noch ein funktionierendes Moblog-Plugin f\u00fcr WordPress 1.5.x empfehlen kann, dann gibts in den n\u00e4chsten Tagen vielleicht sogar noch den einen oder anderen Moblog live vom Festival.
