{"id":687,"date":"2006-02-23T14:38:07","date_gmt":"2006-02-23T13:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bloggingtom.ch\/?p=687"},"modified":"2006-02-23T14:38:51","modified_gmt":"2006-02-23T13:38:51","slug":"schweres-geschutz-fur-schweizch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bloggingtom.ch\/blog\/archives\/2006\/02\/23\/schweres-geschutz-fur-schweizch\/","title":{"rendered":"Schweres Gesch\u00fctz f\u00fcr schweiz.ch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Schweiz bittet im Streit um die Domains schweiz.ch, suisse.ch und svizzera.ch die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" >UNO<\/a> um Hilfe, wie die Netzeitung <a href=\"http:\/\/www.netzeitung.de\/internet\/384033.html\" target=\"_blank\" >schreibt<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Die Schweizer Regierung hofft auf die Hilfe der Uno, um an die wichtigste Schweizer Internet-Adresse \u00abwww.schweiz.ch\u00bb zu kommen. Daf\u00fcr sei nach mehrj\u00e4hrigen erfolglosen Bem\u00fchungen ein Verfahren bei der UN-Weltorganisation f\u00fcr geistiges Eigentum (WIPO) beantragt worden, teilte die Bundeskanzlei in Bern mit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Immerhin kann die Regierung damit erste Erfahrungen sammeln, denn die n\u00e4chsten Domaink\u00e4mpfe stehen ihr schon ins Haus. Die &#8222;Internet-Bem\u00fchungen&#8220; der Eidgenossenschaft wundern mich immer wieder, denn in Bern scheint man es mit Domains nie eilig zu haben. Der Bund hat sich bis heute n\u00e4mlich auch nicht darum bem\u00fcht, die entsprechenden .eu-Domains zu registrieren. So wurden f\u00fcr die Domains schweiz.eu, suisse.eu, svizzera.eu und switzerland.eu zwar jeweils entsprechende Antr\u00e4ge durch das Centre Culturel Suisse in Paris gestellt, allerdings wurde es vers\u00e4umt, die n\u00f6tigen Dokumente innert Frist nachzureichen. Am Dr\u00fccker ist jetzt die \u00f6sterreichische Firma <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gmbh.info.at\" target=\"_blank\" >info.at Internet GmbH<\/a>, welche die Domains wohl zugesprochen bekommt. Die Ausnahme bildet lediglich switzerland.eu, die an die Traffic Web Holding B.V. gehen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Was tun wir denn da? Vielleicht wieder vor der WIPO klagen? Dabei k\u00f6nnte man sich soviel \u00c4rger ersparen, wenn man agieren statt reagieren w\u00fcrde.
