Anders als all die Tage vorher. Wie werden sich die Briten wohl f\u00fchlen, wenn sie heute wieder Busse und die Tube besteigen, um an ihre Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu gelangen? Es wird wohl keinen geben, der die Bilder von gestern nicht vor sich hat und w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt an das Geschehene denken muss.<br \/>\nTrotzdem lassen sich die Briten nicht unterkriegen, und das scheint mir auch das einzig richtige zu sein. Nicht zu vergessen bleibt auch, dass ein grosser Teil der Bev\u00f6lkerung damals wie heute gegen eine Beteiligung Grossbritanniens am Irak-Krieg war. Nur schon deshalb scheint mir das anvisierte Ziel der Terroristen falsch zu sein. Aber den Fanatikern geht es wohl einfach nur darum, m\u00f6glichst viel Pr\u00e4senz zu provozieren und damit die Angst zu sch\u00fcren.<\/p>\n<p>Gerade die Angst aber scheint bei den Briten nicht aufzukommen, im Gegenteil: man <a href=\"http:\/\/www.johnniemoore.com\/blog\/archives\/001029.php\" target=\"_blank\" >trinkt Tee<\/a> oder schreibt einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lnreview.co.uk\/news\/005167.php\" target=\"_blank\" >Brief an die Urheber der Anschl\u00e4ge<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>And that&#8217;s because we&#8217;re better than you. Everyone is better than you. Our city works. We rather like it. And we&#8217;re going to go about our lives. We&#8217;re going to take care of the lives you ruined. And then we&#8217;re going to work. And we&#8217;re going down the pub.<\/p>\n<p>So you can pack up your bombs, put them in your arseholes, and get the fuck out of our city.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Auch die muslimische Welt kann den Anschl\u00e4gen keine guten Seiten abgewinnen, ist ja klar. Rebecca MacKinnon hat <a href=\"http:\/\/cyber.law.harvard.edu\/globalvoices\/?p=310\" target=\"_blank\" >Stimmen von muslimischen Bloggern zusammengetragen und \u00fcbersetzt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loiclemeur.com\/english\/2005\/07\/john_gibson_fox.html\" target=\"_blank\" >Loic e Meur regt sich derweil zurecht auf<\/a>, und zwar \u00fcber einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/story\/0,2933,161750,00.html\" target=\"_blank\" >Artikel von John Gibson von Fox News<\/a>, der wohl nicht ganz bei Trost war als er seinen Text schrieb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Or another way to look at it is the French are already up to their eyeballs in terrorists.
