Am vergangenen Mittwoch war es soweit: Anstatt dass ich Cablecom-Chef Eric Tveter an seinem Wohnort besuchte, um ihm meine Cablecom-Saga<\/a> zu erz\u00e4hlen, lud er mich kurzerhand zu einem Gespr\u00e4ch an den Z\u00fcrcher Hauptsitz des Kabelnetzbetreibers ein.<\/p>\n

Bereits am Vortag traf auch eine „Abschlussbest\u00e4tigung“ der Irrtum<\/del> Intrum Justitia ein, in der man mich informierte, dass der Kunde den Fall zur\u00fcckgezogen habe, man die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten ausserordentlich bedauere und (erneut) best\u00e4tigte, dass „s\u00e4mtliche Eintr\u00e4ge zu diesem Fall [..] in unserer Bonit\u00e4tsdatenbank gel\u00f6scht wurden“. Ein gutes Vorzeichen f\u00fcr das Gespr\u00e4ch also?<\/p>\n

Tats\u00e4chlich ist Eric Tveter ein durchaus angenehmer Gespr\u00e4chspartner, der aber, auch das merkte man, ziemlich gut gebrieft wurde. Und so diskutierten wir fast eineinhalb Stunden lang. \u00dcber die Probleme mit den ungerechtfertigten Cablecom-Rechnungen und \u00fcber die Methoden der Irrtum<\/del> Intrum Justitia genauso wie \u00fcber die Zukunft im Telekommunikations- und KabelTV-Markt. Und so erfuhr ich zum Beispiel auch, dass es in wenigen Wochen neue (g\u00fcnstigere) Cablecom-Angebote geben wird. Doch dazu an anderer Stelle mehr.<\/p>\n

Der Cabletom-Fall schien den Beteiligten dann aber doch ziemlich unangenehm. Sicher wohl auch darum, weil man offenbar bei der Cablecom selbst nicht ganz genau weiss, warum immer wieder Inkassoauftr\u00e4ge an die Intrum weitergeleitet werden. Obwohl ich im System als „inaktiver Kunde“ (oder so \u00e4hnlich) gelistet werde, kommt es alle paar Monate wieder zu einem solchen Auftrag. Eric Tveter versicherte mir aber, dass das in Zukunft ausbleiben werde. <\/p>\n

Nun denn, ich bin gespannt, was die n\u00e4chsten Monate bringen werden, oder ob ich als n\u00e4chstes bei UPC in Amsterdam oder gar bei der Konzernmutter Liberty Global im amerikanischen Colorado meine Probleme klagen muss \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
