Infolge Ferienabwesenheit von Sabine Schneider, Leiterin Corporate Communications von eBay Schweiz, antwortete Marc Mouci von Peter B\u00fctikofer &#038; Company im Auftrag des Auktionshauses:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bei der Versteigerung, die Sie erw\u00e4hnen, handelt es sich wirklich nur um die Schachtel des I-Phones, aber in der Beschreibung steht dies auch ganz gross und deutlich. Ist der K\u00e4ufer tats\u00e4chlich unzufrieden mit dem erworbenen Artikel, hat er immer noch die M\u00f6glichkeit die Sache direkt mit dem Verk\u00e4ufer zu kl\u00e4ren. (siehe Link oben)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mit dieser Antwort gebe ich mich aber noch nicht zufrieden, denn immerhin versuchen solche &#8222;Schachtel-Auktionen&#8220; wie bspw. <a href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/4doxha\" target=\"_blank\" >diese<\/a> ganz offensichtlich den Eindruck zu erwecken, dass es sich um ein iPhone mit der Original-Verpackung handelt. Wieso sonst sollte der Verk\u00e4ufer das Telefon in der Kategorie<\/p>\n<p>Handy &#038; Organizer > Handys &#038; Smartphones > Ohne Vertrag > Apple >iPhone 8GB<\/p>\n<p>einstellen und alle m\u00f6glichen Funktionen von Bluetooth \u00fcber Internet bis hin zu WLAN aufz\u00e4hlen? Also wenn schon Schachtel, dann vielleicht eher in der Kategorie, die <a href=\"#comment-345170\" target=\"_self\" >WasWeissIch in den Kommentaren<\/a> vorgeschlagen hat.
