Via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.picapp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" >picapp<\/a>, das derzeit nur als Private Beta zug\u00e4nglich ist, soll das Bildarchiv von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corbis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" >Corbis<\/a> zuk\u00fcnftig frei zug\u00e4nglich sein. Fast frei zumindest. Als Gegenleistung sollen die Bilder n\u00e4mlich Werbung enthalten, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/internetNews\/idUSN2754208820071128\" target=\"_blank\" >wie Reuters berichtet<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The photos will either include an ad overlay on part of the image, or embedded advertising that pops up when a Web user runs a cursor over the picture.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Wie das aussieht, zeigt sich im Blog von picapp, wo <a href=\"http:\/\/picappcom.typepad.com\/discover\/2007\/11\/a-new-baby.html\" target=\"_blank\" >einige Beispiele eingebunden<\/a> sind. Blogger sollen zudem Geld erhalten, wenn Besucher auf die Bilder klicken.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugriff auf das grosse Archiv von Corbis ist zwar verlockend, ob sich das picapp-Modell aber so durchsetzen wird, wird sich noch zeigen.
