Die Spatzen pfeifen es l\u00e4ngst von den D\u00e4chern und an diversen<\/a> Orten<\/a> wird dar\u00fcber geschrieben: H\u00f6chste Zeit also, dass auch ich mich noch zum Erhalt des „Winkelried-Awards“, dem einzigen „positiven“ Preis der Schweizer Big Brother Awards<\/a> 2007 \u00e4ussere. Nur schon die Nomination letzten Montag<\/a> war f\u00fcr mich eine \u00dcberraschung, doch dass ich dann auch noch an der per „Applausometer“ durchgef\u00fchrten Publikumsabstimmung gewinnen w\u00fcrde, h\u00e4tte ich nie gedacht. Die Tatsache, dass die Verleihung in St. Gallen stattfand und mein „Konkurrent“, das Referendumskomitee gegen den Video\u00fcberwachungskredit, sich direkt mit einer St. Galler Thematik befasste, sprach gegen mich. Sicherlich ein Grund mehr, dass ich mich sehr \u00fcber den Award freue. <\/p>\n

\"Big<\/p>\n

Ein paar kleine Kritiken musste aber auch ich einstecken. So monierte Ralf Schwarz bei gebsn<\/a>, dass ich Nutzerdaten in alle Welt verkaufen w\u00fcrde und im Heise-Forum \u00e4usserte sich Bill Tux \u00e4hnlich<\/a>. Nat\u00fcrlich verkaufe ich Nutzerdaten nicht in alle Welt, aber ich kann die Vorw\u00fcrfe nachvollziehen, da sie sich auf den Einsatz von Google Analytics etc. beziehen. Ich habe mich darum in einem ersten Schritt entschieden, auf diesem Blog eine Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a> (Privacy Policy) zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Die braucht zwar noch ein paar Feinschliffe, aber ich hoffe, damit auch etwas transparenter zu werden, was den Umgang mit Daten der Seitenbesucher betrifft.<\/p>\n

Etwas erstaunt bin ich \u00fcber die Berichterstattung der Medien \u00fcber den Anlass, auch wenn das nur mein Ego betrifft: W\u00e4hrend im Ausland (bspw. bei Heise<\/a> oder Futurezone<\/a>) alle Gewinner genannt werden, sieht das in der Schweiz ganz anders aus. Hier habe ich nur den PCtipp<\/a> und 20 Minuten<\/a> gefunden, die auch \u00fcber den Winkelried-Award geschrieben haben. Nat\u00fcrlich sollen die Hauptpreistr\u00e4ger der Big Brother Awards im Rampenlicht stehen, aber etwas verwundert bin ich irgendwie doch, beziehen sich doch alle auf dieselbe sda-Meldung. Bleibt nur die Frage, ob die Version von 20 Minuten<\/a>, oder diejenige von Tages Anzeiger<\/a> oder Cash<\/a> die „vollst\u00e4ndige“ Meldung ist. Aber am Ende sind das nat\u00fcrlich alles Details…<\/p>\n

Zum Schluss an dieser Stelle nat\u00fcrlich vor allem ein Dankesch\u00f6n an das Publikum in St. Gallen, das mir mit einem 104,8 Dezibel lauten Applaus zum Gewinn verholfen hat. Aber auch Moderator Ernst Jenni, Guido Henseler und seinem Tele G<\/a> und den Machern der Big Brother Awards geb\u00fchrt ein grosses Dankesch\u00f6n.<\/p>\n
