Auch dass sich die Fussball-Oberen immer neue Einnahmequellen erschliessen wollen, weiss man bereits. Dass nun aber auch Restaurants, die auf einem Bildschirm Spiele der Fussball-EM 2008 zeigen, Geb\u00fchren an die UEFA zahlen sollen, ist <a href=\"http:\/\/tagi.ch\/dyn\/news\/schweiz\/713496.html\" target=\"_blank\" >ziemlich unverfroren<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Zahlen sollen alle, die ein EM-Spiel am Fernseher einschalten und nicht nur Familie und Freunde mitgucken lassen. Die Uefa, welche die Urheberrechte ihres Turniers besitzt, m\u00f6chte auch all jene zur Kasse bitten, die nur Essen oder Getr\u00e4nke verkaufen &#8211; und keinen speziellen Eintritt verlangen. Die Regelung w\u00fcrde Tausende von Gastst\u00e4tten treffen. Und zwar unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob sie zum kollektiven Fussballschauen im kommenden Juni speziell einen Fernseher anschaffen und ins Freie stellen oder einfach das herk\u00f6mmliche Ger\u00e4t in der Ecke laufen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>75 Franken oder 50 Euro m\u00f6chte die Uefa pro normalen Fernseher f\u00fcr das Turnier erheben. F\u00fcr gr\u00f6sse Bildschirme will sie doppelt so viel verlangen. Teuer zu stehen kommen Grossleinw\u00e4nde: Hier will die Uefa 15 Franken oder 10 Euro pro Quadratmeter und Spiel kassieren. Die Bildschirme zwischen 35 und 45 Quadratmeter, wie sie in den offiziellen Public-Viewing-Zonen aufgestellt werden, w\u00fcrden f\u00fcr alle Partien \u00fcber 10&#8217;000 Franken kosten.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die UEFA ist mit ihrer Forderung nach einem Gesetz gegen Schmarotzerwerbung (<a href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ambush-Marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Ambush-Marketing<\/a>) zwar beim Bund abgeblitzt, doch das h\u00e4lt den Europ\u00e4ischen Fussballverband nicht davon ab, st\u00e4ndig nach weiteren Einnahmen zu suchen. Gespannt bin ich aber, wie die UEFA eine solche Abgabe durchsetzen will und auf welcher Rechtsgrundlage dies m\u00f6glich sein soll.<\/p>\n<p>Der EURO 2008-Slogan &#8222;Erlebe Emotionen&#8220; macht seinem Namen also bereits jetzt alle Ehre. &#8222;Erlebe Emotionen &#8211; aber nur wenn Du zahlst&#8230;&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Update]<\/strong> 31.01.2007<br \/>\nGris-Gris weist in seinem <a href=\"http:\/\/bloggingtom.ch\/archives\/2007\/01\/29\/uefa-will-abgabe-von-restaurants\/#comment-81988\" target=\"_top\" >Kommentar<\/a> richtigerweise darauf hin, dass die UEFA inzwischen bekanntgegeben hat, auf die &#8222;Wirte-Geb\u00fchr&#8220; zu verzichten.
